The Calgary Construction Association (CCA) serves as the voice of the construction industry and works to our mission is to help our members thrive now and into the future, and to be an advocate for the construction industry through educational programs, scholarships, networking opportunities, events, government advocacy work, and their Affinity Program and BuildWorks portal.
The CCA was looking to improve its website user experience, member experience and create new revenue opportunities.
Website: We evaluated association websites across various industries to see which ones had the best way of organizing information and access for members and non-members. This allowed us to restructure and reorganize the website to make information easily accessible. This was done by incorporating a mega-menu, call to action buttons, pop-up reminders, and easily accessible login portals. We also created advertising spots on the website to create new revenue opportunities.
Newsletter: In addition, we redesigned the weekly newsletter and created several advertising opportunities (placement, sponsorship, and brand takeover) to create different tiers and opportunities for collaboration.
