Reliance relied heavily on trade shows and in-person events to promote and engage with their clients. When Reliance came to us, they recently built a new website but had no insight into website activity or traffic.
Once Covid-19 hit, this became more challenging and we needed to find a way to keep their clients engaged and offer value digitally, starting with:
⭐ In-depth industry research reporting looking at the state of the real estate market and appraisal industry
⭐ Providing monthly Google analytics reports with insights into traffic sources, activity and visitor demographics to help guide marketing efforts.
⭐ Qualitative research into what challenges it presented Reliance’s primary target audience
⭐ Helping Reliance organize a webinar series and invite their clients to learning sessions
We allowed the clients to choose the topics that interested them most via surveys and invited industry experts to speak to the topic alongside Reliance experts.
This was a way to stay connected to clients, promote this webinar series, and continuously offer value and position Reliance as an industry lead.
TRAXX is a premium transportation and logistics company serving interregional communities locally and abroad.
When TRAXX came to us they were going through the process of consolidating their brand portfolio. They had an outdated website for each brand and wanted to build a brand new website that highlighted all their services and brands in one.
The goal of this website was to showcase the various industries TRAXX served and created systems that would put website visitors in touch with the correct department depending on the type of transportation they were looking for.
We began our process by speaking to the sales representatives for each department. The purpose of this exercise was to be able to create content that was relevant for each type of customer and create a cohesive sales package for each sales rep that included all the information that mattered to them in one consolidated place.
We took this content and designed a brand new, modern website that showcased all of TRAXX brands and services. While we love aesthetics, user journeys matter! 💻

Chris came to us with a dream and truly special story. He had an idea for the mini Zamboni but had no idea how to brand it or market it.
The owners, Chris, and Tina-Marie Yenna have travelled the world with Disney on Ice. She was a skater and he perfected the ice. After moving to Calgary from Florida, Chris claimed, “I saw a big demand here in Canada for a portable ice resurfacing unit, so I created this machine.” He noticed there were tons of community rinks, lakes and private backyard rinks that could not be cleaned with a traditional Zamboni due to its size and weight. Part of the challenge was there was little or no competition. No one knew this product existed, therefore no one was searching for it.
We worked closely with Chris to create the logo and branding. After establishing the brand direction, we created logo decals to go on the machines, and arranged a photo and videoshoot. @portaiceltd was brought to life.
We then helped:
⭐ launched the website
⭐ began social media efforts
⭐ create spec sheets for interested buyers
Chris’s little dream had taken off, and he was invited to Paul Brandt’s Canadian Classic Game to resurface the ice during halftime.
Medallion Energy is an instrumentation company based out of Grande Prairie, Alberta. Medallion Energy has built a great reputation in the industry, and wanted to update its brand to reflect that. They had an established logo but an outdated website and no marketing and sales collateral.
They had great working relationships with their current client base but they were ready to focus on experiential growth and wanted to showcase their company with a higher level of professionalism.
Honouring their logo and brand colours, we slightly tweaked the font in the logo to have a modern industrial look. We wanted to reflect the new modern look across all other marketing materials to create a cohesive brand experience across all customer touchpoints including:
Modality is a company dedicated to raising the standard of the IT Industry.
When Modality approached us, they were operating as Onsite Support. They were looking for a rebrand, a new way to share their story and reposition themselves in the market and all supporting marketing channels to communicate across including a new website, social media channels, and marketing collateral.
We worked with Jeremy (the President) to bring his vision for the rebrand to life. He wanted the new direction of his company to look sleek, modern and professional. We chose a minimalist font with a simple icon to capture the essence of the word “modality” meaning a particular mode in which something exists or is experienced. We choose vibrant shades of blue, complemented by a contrasting orange to give the brand a fresh and fun appearance.

This unique badge system makes local shopping easier and more transparent"

Next Digital is a local Calgarian IT Managed Services company, that’s part of MNP’s portfolio of companies. Next Digital believes in proactive, accessible, user-friendly IT service and support.
Next Digital was looking for a new way to articulate their value proposition. They knew why their customers enjoyed their service but it wasn’t being accurately represented on their website or their marketing.
To gain confidence in the message and value proposition we conducted a client survey to get insights into why they chose Next Digital over other IT providers and what they enjoyed about the experience. Working with the Next Digital team, we developed a new value proposition that captured the friendly and personable culture of Next Digital.
Dragon provides high-performance construction services. They provide electrical construction and maintenance for residential and commercial markets, modular packaged goods, panel manufacturing and remote technical service and support.
The new owners wanted the Dragon brand to be edgy, fierce and industrial. They loved the name of the company and wanted to incorporate the strength of the name into the branding. We designed the logo and set the branding direction with high contrasting colours and edgy angled lines and branding details.
At the same time, we designed a website that included all the technical product information and featured the edgy brand direction.
Equipment Capital Corp is Western Canada’s premier equipment leasing company.
@equipment_capital_corp needed a brand that told their story and presented the company to the industry in a way that reflected a modern edge but at the same time, honoured the history of the young company.
The brand is modern and fresh, it reflects the history and colours of the original brand but positions Equipment Capital Corp for growth. The website packs lots of great features: Lead magnets, drip email campaigns, financing calculators, digital forms with signatures that email on submission.

Epscan was very proud of their logo and branding elements but were looking for a modern update to set themselves apart from their competitors. They were looking to maintain an edgy and industrial look, and to bring consistency and cohesion to all their branding materials.
We revived this brand and gave it a fresh makeover while respecting its original design that is sentimental to the family.
When we met with Core Wellness Spa, they just acquired a previous Spa. Now that they had the location and equipment, they needed to create and establish a brand new identity.
