Our monthly packages work like a monthly subscription. At the beginning of our engagement, we discuss your marketing needs and timelines which will determine the cost of your package. The packages are based on the number of hours of marketing support you need each month. As your needs change you can scale your hours up or down.
Our goal is your success and company growth
Our minimum commitment is 10 hours a month. But when we say commitment, you’re not locked into anything, this is a month to month plan. Start, stop or pause as you need to. Our recommendation is that you start with at least 4 months as sometimes before we can get to the fun new marketing activities you have planned, we need to backtrack and do some cleanup and prep of your existing marketing to support the new plans.
There is no maximum. What you need is what we provide support with. We can eliminate the need for a full-time employee by supporting you with all the services of a full-service marketing agency with the same cost commitment that you would have already budget for.
You are not locked into a contract, all we require is 30 days notice to cancel your monthly package, no question asked.
The cost of the website varies depending on the size and complexity of the website. Content development and imagery are also cost variables. We have the ability to create template websites or completely custom ones. The more custom work that is required, the more the cost goes up.
Yes. This is something we’ve done for many companies.
No. As a general rule, we do not use our own custom CMS that you are locked into and cannot take wherever you may want to go. We’ve worked with lots of clients who have experienced this scenario with other marketing agencies and we promise you will never experience this with us. The majority of our websites are built on WordPress and you will always be given the login information. What we build on your behalf is owned by you, we make no claims to it! We are simply partners in your success.
Yes. We build the majority of our websites on WordPress and provide training to clients who want to be able to make basic changes or add regular content such as blogs, pictures, etc.
One of our largest challenges is getting buy-in and understanding of the methodology from the leadership team. One potential challenge could be that other stakeholders, including product managers and sales managers, may not be as familiar with the methodology and tactics and therefore need more education to fully support the direction you’re headed. You can prepare by including these people in your decision-making process and the on-site kickoff meeting. Then, once you get started, include them in the regularly scheduled meetings relevant to their roles.
We provide a range of traditional and digital services including graphics design, brochures, pamphlets, business cards, corporate presentations, video, websites, landing pages, social media, podcasts, events, webinars and ads. Our specialty is marketing strategy and storytelling. We incorporate these elements into every piece of marketing we put out for our clients. Our goal is to create pieces of marketing that connect you with your ideal customers. We also have a wide network of vendors we work with for printing, signage, video, photography and events.
Traditionally our entire team has been based in Calgary, Alberta. But, with an ever-growing company, we have found value in growing a distributed team as we have increased our level of support for the clients we serve internationally. We can provide more support as we’re expanded our team to include individuals working in different time zones.

As much as we love to support you, we do not offer 24/7 support. However, whenever our clients have urgent requests or situations we always find a way to accommodate them in a timely manner. We value your company just as much as we do our very own but one of our value systems is that we work to live, not live to work 🙂 Just know that if it can be done, we will figure out a way to do it.
If you don’t have the need for on-going marketing support we can complete projects on a project basis.

You will have an account manager assigned to you. This person will be your main point of contact. However, you will also have direct contact with members from each department (design, development, writing, etc).

Storytelling is one of the most effective ways to connect with people. Many companies are used to telling their story from their perspective. However, we use the Storybrand framework to tell your story through your customer’s eyes as it relates to your product. By doing it this way we’re able to capture their pain points and values and present your company as the vehicle to solving their problems.
The storybrand framework is revolutionary because it teaches you to stop playing the hero in the story, and instead, invite customers into a story – so storybrand is a framework for telling your brand’s story. It looks at your company from your customer’s perspective. We will do a Storybrand session and use a guided worksheet to identify who your ideal customer is and what they care about.
We know how hard it is to communicate clearly and have helped lots of large and small businesses to clarify their messaging. And when you clarify your message, your website starts working for you, your team members are converted into a sales force and your customers speak a viral message that spreads. The human brain is drawn to clarity and away from confusion. If customers are confused about what you offer, they’ll look past you for somebody who can say it clearly. All clients are required to provide a credit card. Our monthly clients are charged on the first day of the month to their credit card. Other ways of payment can be arranged, if your preference is to pay by EFT, Direct Deposit or Cheque (only clients that reside in Canada), just let us know, however, your credit card on file will be charged if the payment is not made on the first.
