In the past, our collaboration with Fountainhead Mechanical involved launching their website, designing vehicle decals, setting up tradeshow booths, and creating sales and marketing materials. Since its initial launch, the company has undergone significant growth in size, project scope, and experience. Keen to reflect this evolution, they sought to develop a new website that not only showcased their enhanced capabilities but also honored their existing branding and past work.

To grasp the business's recent growth, we conducted two Storybrand sessions aimed at understanding their ideal customers. This exploration revealed a notable shift from predominantly serving residential properties to catering more to commercial properties and property management groups. With a strategic aim to expand further in this direction, we undertook the task of creating entirely new content and a new custom website to effectively engage both target audiences—a facet the previous version lacked. While maintaining fidelity to the original branding, we infused the new website with fresh design elements, contributing to the ongoing evolution of the company's digital presence.
