KPN Plumbing is a full-service Calgary plumbing company. Led by friends Clayton and Karsten, KPN was born out of a passion for excellence, a decade of experience, and a wealth of industry knowledge. Specializing in new construction plumbing, comprehensive renovations, and the intricate process of Poly B replacements, the duo also runs a popular YouTube channel called The Plumbing Gurus where they share tips and tricks of the trade with fellow industry professionals and curious homeowners.

KPN approached us because they wanted to create a campaign focusing on Poly B pipe replacement. Poly B piping is very common in Calgary homes built between the 1970s and 1990s. Its plastic casing is toxic and prone to rupture causing costly water damage. Because of the high-risk nature of this piping, homeowners with Poly B in their homes have experienced trouble renewing their home insurance. This news became a media topic across local news outlets and KPN decided to leverage this awareness with a Poly B Campaign.

With the rise of awareness for Poly B piping, we’ve created a campaign to help Calgarians prevent costly accidents by replacing their pipes or helping repair damages and replacements once disaster strikes. The campaign focused on further educating homeowners about the risks and benefits of Poly B replacement, transparently showing the process and emphasizing the quality and warranty of their work. We designed a logo for the Poly B replacement services as a sub-brand of the main KPN company, with its own landing page, video content, lead generators, downloadable resources, ad campaign, and social media support.
