They pride themselves as local experts and have a profound understanding of the unique needs of the region, from the harsh winter weather to the summer thunderstorms. They can tailor an ongoing maintenance plan for your yard or offer one-time services. Because many of the customers are also neighbours, they believe in going above and beyond for their customers and will assist with any small residential tree or large commercial property.
Challenge
Open Canopy Tree Co. came to us because they were ready to upgrade their website and brand to meet where their business was today. The previous website had been built years prior and did not accurately represent where the business was currently at or reflect the current range of services - especially the focus on commercial customers. The new website needed to clearly represent both types of customers and have a modern and professional feel.
Solution
Through a Storybrand session we were able to gain insights into the desires and needs of residential and commercial customers, their differences, and overlapping needs. This helped us put together new content suited for each target audience. For design, we kept the original logo but added new branding elements to elevate the design, this includes new complementary colours, imagery, textures, design elements, and fonts.
