But they weren’t always Modality — they used to be called Onsite IT, and while their services were strong, their brand needed a serious upgrade to match where the business was headed.

Where We Started

The name Onsite IT felt dated — too narrow for a company offering high-level strategy, cybersecurity, and 24/7 support across multiple platforms. They had outgrown their identity and needed a full evolution.
