You need a landing page to generate leads!
Your landing page should consist of a few things. Most importantly, a form to capture the visitor’s contact information so you can follow up with them. Next, you should have some kind of headline that leads into some ad copy that outlines the benefits of your offering.
Your headline needs to grab your visitor’s attention and keep them reading.
Your ad copy should tease the reader enough to get them to fill out their information to continue. It’s always a good idea to have your landing page redirect to a relevant offer after they fill out their information.
Enticing Visitors with Incentives
Incentives are an excellent way to get leads quickly. Although your response rate will be lower, you’ll get more leads to make up for it. There are many things you can offer for free.
For example, you could provide a free report on a specific topic related to your product or service. Another example is a handy checklist or template which helps your subscriber with a particular task. Get creative with it!
Split Testing
Split testing, also known as A/B testing, is used in digital marketing to compare two or more versions of a marketing element, such as a website, email, or advertisement, to determine which one performs better. The process involves randomly dividing the target audience into multiple groups and presenting each group with a different version of the marketing element.
The performance of each version is then measured, and the best-performing version is selected for use in future marketing efforts. Split testing can optimize various aspects of a marketing campaign, such as the layout, images, content, and call-to-action, to increase engagement, conversions, and return on investment. Businesses can continually test and optimize their marketing efforts and achieve better results.
Most online marketing apps offer some functionality that enables you to do split testing easily; it doesn’t have to be complicated.
You should constantly try new things with your landing pages to see what converts and doesn’t. You could lose significant profits if you don’t split-test your landing page.
Promote your landing pages with Pay Per Click advertising
I use PPC Advertising as my primary source of leads. I’ve generated thousands of leads for my offers using various PPC Advertising programs. My personal favorite right now is Instagram Ads. It’s still very inexpensive and very effective.
Google Ads has become crowded and more competitive than ever. Google uses a quality score algorithm that will make your ads more expensive if your landing pages and ads aren’t up to much.
There are plenty of things you can do to improve your quality score. If you are using Google Ads to generate leads, you should add more quality content to your landing pages. Add some relevant links to other pages on your website. You can also try adding related articles to your blog and linking through to your landing pages.
Pay close attention to your PPC campaigns, as these can break your bank quickly if left unattended. Always test and track your keywords to see what works.
